Return Policy:

You can return any product purchased on for free in 30 days from the date of delivery, we remind you that:

  • Products must be in the same condition in which you received them, including all tags and labels;
  • Washed, worn or stained products will not be replaced;
  • Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded;
  • If prices should change between the date of purchase and the date of withdrawal, the price difference will not be refunded;
  • Items you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse;
  • For hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned;

Purchase/Return of discounted items out of promotions dependent on number of pieces or total value:
In case of a purchase of a package that gives the right to a discount only when a given value or a given number of pieces is reached, you will be refunded with the value of your returned item(s) but the discount will be revoked and you will be charged with its value.

To return your items you can use the original Treesse box (the one with the Treesse tape on it). Be sure to cover or remove any barcodes or courier labels on the package before affixing the new return label.

How can i return an item?

You can return an item in the following ways:
  • By going to the nearest Treesse store::
    In this regard, we ask you to indicate in advance if you would like to make a return in one of our stores, so that we can send you the documents needed for the return. Remember to bring the documents found inside the package with you;
    We also remind you that online prices may be different from those in stores
  • By going to a TNT Point;
  • Booking a un pickup at my home address.

I’m a registered user, how can I return an item?

Log in to your personal area, in the "Your Orders" section you can select the order and the items you wish to return by clicking on "Withdraw".
Within 24/48h, you will receive an email containing the return label to be printed and affixed on the package.
You can proceed with the return in the following ways:

  • By going to a TNT Point;
  • By booking a collection at your home by accessing the portal and clicking on "Book a pickup".

Remember to apply the new return label on the package. This must be the only visible label, so as not to create confusion.

I’m a guest user, how can i return an item?

If you don’t have a Treesse account, please request the return authorization by writing an email to specifying your order number and the items you intend to return. Once you have received the return label, remember to apply it on the package. This must be the only visible label.

How and when will I receive the refund?

For payments by Credit Card or PayPal, the amount will be refunded directly to the card or the account used during the checkout. You'll receive the refund within 10-14 business days.
If you have made the COD payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer. If you are a registered user, you will be asked for the IBAN on which you would like to receive the refund when requesting the return. If you have placed your order as a guest user, our Customer Service will contact you to request the IBAN on which you would like to receive the refund.
The refund by bank transfer can take up to 14 working days.
